Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law on the introduction of a quota for admission to universities for the heroes of the special operation in Ukraine. The document was published on the official Internet portal legal information.
According to the decree, for the Heroes of Russia and citizens awarded with three Orders of Courage, a quota of 10% is established, according to which they will be able to enter universities without entrance examinations. Also, a quota of 10% is set for priority admission to universities for the children of military personnel who were injured, maimed and shell-shocked in the combat zone.
