Vladimir Putin also instructed Mikhail Mishustin, Sergei Kiriyenko and the head of the Kamchatka Territory Vladimir Solodov to ensure the holding of the annual Ecosystem Ecological Forum in the Kamchatka Territory. Officials must report on the work on it before February 1.

The movement of young naturalists has existed in Russia since 1918. Officially, it did not stop its work, but the activity of the movement has significantly decreased in recent years.
