“Ensure the implementation of a lump-sum payment in the amount of 10 thousand rubles to one of the parents (legal representatives) of children aged 6 to 18 years old living in the territories of the Donetsk People’s Republic, Luhansk People’s Republic, Zaporozhye, Kharkiv and Kherson regions, if such children started training in educational institutions located in the indicated territories no later than September 15, 2022,” the order says.
The parent must receive the amount by October 1, 2022.
On June 9, Minister of Education Sergei Kravtsov announced the transition of schools in the DPR and LPR to Russian educational standards (FGOS). On July 8, the head of the department said that 1,120 schools would open in the republics in the 2022-2023 academic year. In early August, the ministry reported that a full supply of Russian textbooks to the DPR would be carried out by September 1.
From February to Russia from the territory of Donbass and Ukraine arrived more than 3.5 million refugees, of which at least 500 thousand people are children. The volume of payments to them reached 6.5 billion rubles.
