Russia will begin to train highly qualified specialists in the field of AI
Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered the training of highly qualified specialists in the field of artificial intelligence. In particular, it is noted that it is necessary to create a training program in the field of AI for heads of the largest organizations, educational institutions and government agencies.
This initiative was supported by the Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Information Policy, Information Technologies and Communications Alexander Khinshtein. According to the parliamentarian, Russia has its own developments in the field of artificial intelligence, which need to be multiplied in order to strengthen the country’s advantage in this area in the international arena.
“To do this, we simply need to cultivate highly qualified specialists in the field of creating AI. It’s not enough to create a tool – you need to learn how to work with it on the ground,” wrote a representative of the lower house of parliament in his Telegram channel.
According to Khinshtein, developments in the field of AI will have to be used by doctors, teachers, builders, agronomists and representatives of many other fields.
