Parents and guardians of children with disabilities who work part-time will be able to retain the right to payments every month, the Kremlin website says.
“Ensure… the preservation of the right to a monthly payment to a parent (adoptive parent) or guardian (custodian) caring for a disabled child under the age of 18 or a disabled child of group I, in case of part-time employment…”, – stated in the list of instructions of the head of state Vladimir Putin on the results of the international economic forum in St. Petersburg.
The President instructed the Government of the Russian Federation to provide monthly benefits after birth and during the period of raising a child, in particular, with an increase in the income of able-bodied family members during the period for which payments are assigned.
