Russian President Vladimir Putin emphasized the need to study the experience, forces and means of NATO in order to include them in the program for training troops and equipping the army. The President addressed the corresponding instruction to the Ministry of Defense and the General Staff.
The president also said that NATO weapons should be analyzed and used to build the armed forces of the Russian Federation.
