Putin instructed the government to strengthen the technological sovereignty of Russia

The government of the Russian Federation and the executive authorities of the country’s regions, together with the Bank of Russia, should pay special attention in 2023 to strengthening the technological sovereignty of the state. President Vladimir Putin gave the corresponding instruction to the Cabinet of Ministers.
As the head of state noted, in addition to strengthening technological independence, issues of the country’s financial sovereignty should also be addressed. The government will have to report on the measures taken by March 1, 2023, and then submit a report once a month.
The head of state also instructed to increase the volume of long-term savings and the inflow of investments into the financial market of the Russian Federation in 2023. A corresponding instruction was also given to the government.
