President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin instructed the Cabinet of Ministers to submit proposals on the accelerated growth of the minimum wage, as well as increasing its gap from the subsistence minimum, by January 15. Such a document is published on the official website of the Kremlin.
“The Government of the Russian Federation … to submit proposals for the accelerated growth of the minimum wage, further increasing its gap from the subsistence minimum per capita in order to increase real incomes of the population,” the text of the document says.
The day before, the head of state appointed Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin responsible for fulfilling the instructions to meet the needs of the Russian army. Until November 14, the government and the Ministry of Defense will need to form a mechanism to ensure the effective and efficient exchange of information between units participating in the special operation in Ukraine.
