Russian President Vladimir Putin approved 30 instructions following the results of the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF), held on September 10–13. The list of presidential instructions has been published on website Kremlin.
Vladimir Putin, in particular, instructed to extend the Far Eastern mortgage to employees of enterprises of the military-industrial complex of the regions of the Far Eastern Federal District (FEFD) and the Arctic territories. The President expects a report on this issue on December 15.
Also, by December 15, the president instructed the government to report on increasing the maximum size of Far Eastern mortgages for new buildings to 9 million rubles. Currently, the maximum loan amount under this program is 6 million rubles.
Vladimir Putin instructed the government to develop and approve a program for the development of the electric power industry in the Far Eastern Federal District until 2050. This report must be submitted by July 1, 2024.
In addition, the President instructed the government and the Ministry of Emergency Situations to consider the feasibility of limiting the use of land in flood and flood zones. A report on the implementation of the order must be submitted to the president by February 1, 2024.
Finally, Vladimir Putin instructed to consider the issue of creating a fund for the technological development of the Far East by directing part of the funds received from payments for the use of subsoil to this fund. Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin has been instructed to submit the report by December 15.
