Putin gains 87.97% of votes based on the results of processing 24.4% of protocols – Kommersant

The Central Election Commission of Russia has begun publishing the results of the presidential election based on the degree of loading of counted ballots in the regions into the electronic system. After processing 24.4% of the protocols, Vladimir Putin (self-nominated) gains 87.97% of the votes, Nikolai Kharitonov (Communist Party of the Russian Federation) – 3.8% of the votes, Vladislav Davankov (New People) – 3.73%, Leonid Slutsky (LDPR) — 2.96%. The overall voter turnout was 74.22%.
In Moscow, according to the results of online voting, Vladimir Putin gains 89.1%. In the Donetsk People’s Republic, based on the results of processing 100% of the protocols, Vladimir Putin wins with a result of 95.23% of the votes. In the Lugansk People’s Republic, after processing 100% of the protocols, the current president receives 94.12%. In the Kherson region (also 100% processed) – 88.12% of votes for the head of state.
Also, 100% of the protocols were counted in Chukotka, Yakutia and Khabarovsk Territory. In the first region, Vladimir Putin received 90.49%, in the second – 87.79%, in the third – 80.06%.
VTsIOM and FOM published exit poll data. Vladimir Putin gains 87% of the votes (FOM – 87.8%), Nikolai Kharitonov – 4.6% of the votes (FOM – 4.7%), Vladislav Davankov – 4.2% (FOM – 3.6%), Leonid Slutsky — 3% (FOM — 2.5%).
In the 2018 elections, Vladimir Putin was re-elected with 76.69% of the vote. At that time this was his maximum result.
