Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law extending until March 2031 the “dacha amnesty” for common buildings of gardening and vegetable farming partnerships. The “dacha amnesty” was first introduced in our country in 2006, and over 18 years, 15 million citizens have taken advantage of it, said country real estate expert Igor Kapustin “Rossiyskaya Gazeta”.
“Amnesty” made it possible to solve a number of problems related to the re-registration of rights using old-style documents and the registration of residential buildings built on plots of land without title papers. In addition, during the period of its operation, many Russians positively resolved the issue of protecting the rights of heirs of real estate.
The expert is confident that the extension of the “dacha amnesty” is timely and remains relevant. This will allow many more citizens, SNT and ONT to take advantage of the simplified procedure for registering real estate. In general, according to Kapustin, this will have a positive impact on the dynamics of the development of civil real estate turnover in Russia.
