On Tuesday, Russian President Vladimir Putin, during a speech at the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI) forum “Strong Ideas of New Times,” announced that he was preparing an Address to the Federal Assembly.
“This will be setting tasks for the next six years,” the head of state noted.
He also said that Russia always needs strong ideas, but especially today, as the country is reaching a new level of challenges.
In addition, Putin emphasized that today Russia is changing qualitatively in the field of security, economic sovereignty, and is becoming self-confident.
Earlier, the Kremlin press service reported that Vladimir Putin will address the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation with his annual message on February 29.
