Presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov told reporters that head of state Vladimir Putin does not yet intend to visit the Orenburg region, where a federal response regime has been introduced due to floods.
“The situation has not even reached its peak. Now is not the time to make judgments. You know that on the instructions of the president, Minister Kurenkov flew to the site. He was there. So far, the president’s trips there are not planned, but you see that the president has his finger on the pulse,” Mr. Peskov said during a press call.
