Russian President Vladimir Putin signed law, according to which in the territory of the Zaporozhye region until January 1, 2028 liability for violations in the nuclear sphere is not applied if they did not lead to a threat to the environment or human health. We are talking about violations committed since September 30 of this year.
In addition, according to the document, liability is introduced for violating the rules of non-discriminatory access or the established procedure for connecting to main gas pipelines.
The fine for officials will be from 10 thousand to 40 thousand rubles, for legal entities – from 100 thousand to 500 thousand rubles. In case of repeated violation of the law, officials will have to pay a fine in the amount of 40 thousand to 50 thousand rubles. or they will be disqualified for up to three years. The fine for legal entities is set from 600 thousand to 1 million rubles.
