Putin called the Ukrainian authorities “completely crazy”

Russian President Vladimir Putin, during a conversation with participants in the award ceremony in the Kremlin on the occasion of Heroes of the Fatherland Day, expressed outrage at the decision of the Kyiv authorities to recognize Russians as a non-indigenous nation in Ukraine. The corresponding footage was published in his Telegram channel by journalist Pavel Zarubin.
Speaking about the reasons for the start of a special military operation, the Russian leader noted that Moscow would not have undertaken anything like this if the Kyiv authorities had not begun to destroy Russia in historical territories, expel people from there, and declare Russians a non-indigenous nation.
“We’ve gone completely crazy, completely stunned,” Putin said emotionally, adding that, to put it in popular parlance, “we’ve gone completely crazy.”
