Russia has proven that it can respond to any challenge, said Vladimir Putin. “We repelled the aggression of international terrorism, preserved the unity of the country, and supported our brothers,” the president began his speech.
Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov notedthat the message will reflect the ideas of the public that citizens expressed to the president during his trips to the regions. According to the Kremlin representative, the address to parliament can in many ways be considered an election program. Mr. Peskov also said that this year SVO soldiers will be involved in participating in the message.
