A decree signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin on posthumously awarding employees of the Russian Embassy in Afghanistan who died in the terrorist attack in Kabul appeared on the official Internet portal of legal information.

The document says that the Order of Courage is awarded to specialist expert Kuzhuget Adygzhy Sergeevich and second secretary Mikhail Shakh.

They were awarded for “courage, resilience and dedication shown in the performance of professional duty,” according to Vladimir Putin’s decree.
