Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on awarding the medal “For Courage” to the boy Fyodor Simonenko (born in 2012), who was injured during the penetration of saboteurs into the territory of the Bryansk region. “For courage, bravery and selflessness shown in the performance of civic duty,” the decree says.
