Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived in Tula, where he will talk with members of the All-Russian Popular Front (ONF) and speak at the “Everything for Victory!” forum. Press secretary of the head of state Dmitry Peskov said that Vladimir Putin will travel together with the governor of the Tula region Alexei Dyumin – they do not have a separate meeting planned.
“The President will begin his stay here by communicating with Popular Front activists. This will be a free conversation,” Dmitry Peskov said during a press call.
He clarified that among the ONF participants there were volunteers, military officers, doctors taking part in the military operation on the territory of Ukraine, and others. After communicating with them, according to the press secretary, the president will speak at the “Everything for Victory!” forum.
In Tula, Vladimir Putin will come to the oncology center. According to Dmitry Peskov, the president will hold a meeting on the construction of new cancer centers throughout the country, and will also take part in the opening of several dispensaries via video link.
The day before, Vladimir Putin for the fourth time visited exhibition “Russia” at VDNKh – via video link he participated in the opening of several new university campuses. Since the beginning of the year, the president has visited several Russian regions, including Chukotka, the Kaliningrad region and St. Petersburg.
