Putin added that Russia is also ready to export gas in transit through Turkey to consumers in third countries – “where the partners are interested in this.”
“It was for this purpose that it was proposed to create a regional gas hub in Turkey. “Gazprom”handed over to the Botash company a draft roadmap for the implementation of this project,” the president added. He noted that now on the agenda is the establishment of a joint working group, the coordination of the legal framework for the functioning of the hub, the schemes for trading and transferring the purchased gas.
