Putin allowed conscripts to serve in the FSB under a contract

Russian military conscripts received the right to enter into a service contract with the Federal Security Service (FSB). The corresponding decree was signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin. The document is published on the official portal of legal information.
From document it follows that the Foreign Intelligence Service and the FSB can conclude a new contract with citizens who have served in the military under a contract and have reached the age limit for service.
According to information on site The Ministry of Defense, military service under the contract can be entered, among other things, by conscripted military personnel (who have served at least three months before) and who received higher or secondary vocational education before being called up. Also, the contract can be concluded by citizens who are in the reserve and not staying in it if they have higher or secondary education.
The FSB bodies include the border and aviation services, security agencies in the troops, the federal executive body, as well as its territorial departments, etc.
