Pushkov explained Macron’s “activation” – MK

Pushkov spoke about the reasons for the “intensification” of the French President in relation to Ukraine
Apparently, Europe received a signal to prepare to send troops to Ukraine, and the latest activity of French President Emmanuel Macron is connected with this, Federation Council member Alexei Pushkov wrote in his Telegram channel.
He recalled that earlier Macron saw the defeat of Ukraine as an “existential threat” for France.
“Existential – that is, posing a threat to the very existence of France! But how could the defeat of a distant country, located 2.5 thousand kilometers from it and which never had any significance for France, even commercial, be dangerous for France,” Pushkov wrote.
He pointed out that even in the best of times, Ukraine accounted for 0.2% of France’s exports and 0.1% of its imports.
“In general, judging by the statements of Macron himself and the hysterical cries of his prime minister, one gets the feeling that some influential international forces gave them a task: to begin preparing Europe to send troops to Ukraine. Otherwise, Macron’s sudden, poorly thought out, but very noticeable activation is difficult to explain,” Pushkov wrote.
In his opinion, Macron’s activation may be due to stupidity and a penchant for posing.
