Member of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation Alexei Pushkov in his Telegram channel criticized an article by the New York Times, which provides a new version of the sabotage at the Nord Stream, behind which Jacobf is a certain “Ukrainian group”.
According to the Russian senator, in this way, US intelligence is trying to “get out” and shift the responsibility for sabotage on gas pipelines to someone else.
“They are trying to turn away all justified accusations against the United States of undermining the Nord Stream and transfer them to some vague “pro-Ukrainian groups” (what nonsense?), which, even if they existed, would not have the technical ability to carry out such an operation,” Pushkov wrote.
According to the senator, “a high-tech state” was behind the undermining of the joint venture.
“An unsuccessful attempt at disinformation,” Pushkov summed up.
