Advisor to the head of the Donetsk People’s Republic Denis Pushilin, Igor Kimakovsky, in a conversation with journalists, explained the significance of the capture of the city of Chasov Yar in the DPR by Russian troops.
According to him, the capture of Chasov Yar contributes to the opening of directions for Russian forces to Konstantinovka and Slavyansk.
“Slavyansk is our legend, our history. Slavyansk is where the Russian Spring began,” said Kimakovsky.
