Acting head of the DPR Pushilin: preliminary demining of Artemovsk has begun
In Artemovsk (Bakhmut), after it was taken under full control by Russian forces, preliminary demining of the city began. This was announced by the Acting Governor of the DPR Denis Pushilin.
“There is a preliminary demining of the city,” Pushilin said on the air of the Russia 24 TV channel.
He also noted that a headquarters to provide assistance to the liberated territories would be organized in the city. According to Pushilin, the condition of the entire infrastructure of the settlement will be given after the completion of work on clearing from explosive objects.
On May 20, the head of the Wagner PMC, Yevgeny Prigozhin, announced that Russian forces had taken full control of the settlement of Artemovsk, later this information was confirmed by the Russian Ministry of Defense.
