“Our subdivisions continue to advance in the Uludar direction. There now we can say that the units have entrenched themselves in the eastern part of Vugledar, work is also being done in the vicinity, ”he said (quote according to TASS). He also noted that it was too early to talk about taking control of Vuhledar, because the Ukrainian troops had not received an order to retreat and could gain a foothold in the city.
