Pupils told about a geographer from Novorossiysk accused of filming a ninth grader naked

Amazing things are happening in Russian schools. Teachers are increasingly caught in an unhealthy attraction to underage students. Here is a recent example: a 49-year-old geography teacher from Novorossiysk is accused of corrupting a ninth grader. According to the preliminary version, he filmed the teenager naked, paying him a fee for posing indecently. “MK” managed to find a former student of the geographer and talk to her; other schoolchildren spoke about their teacher. In addition, we found out from a lawyer how severe the punishment for a teacher can be if he is proven guilty.

According to preliminary data, for six months the geography teacher conducted “individual additional classes” with a student in a rented apartment. The guy appreciated his nakedness, in general, modestly: the pervert teacher paid him about 5 thousand rubles for one photo session. The boy did not show his face: he took frank poses naked, but in the mask of Anonymous. It is reported that over time, the matter was not limited to photography alone … But the investigation is now investigating this. And these meetings stopped because of the intractability of the teacher: allegedly he did not want to raise the price, and the guy’s appetites grew.

This shameful story was revealed by accident. Due to absenteeism, the young man was summoned to the pedagogical council, and the PDN employee who was present saw correspondence with the teacher on his phone. During the search, the very intimate photos and videos were revealed at the geographer. The suspect was detained.

As MK was told in the press service of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee for the Krasnodar Territory, “the territorial investigation department of the ICR in the region initiated a criminal case against a 49-year-old local resident, at the request of the investigator, the court chose a preventive measure in the form of detention.”

In the criminal case, the investigation committee added, the necessary investigative actions are being taken to establish all the circumstances and collect evidence. The criminal investigation is ongoing.

“MK” managed to talk with a former student of the geographer, who graduated from school last year.

– I learned about this story today from the public with my mother. We did not expect this from this teacher, we always had a good opinion of him! the girl told us. – I was shocked, such a wonderful teacher, and such news … He always explained everything in class clearly and treated the students kindly. The person is very open and kind. I went to him to correct grades, and he always went towards the students. Never noticed such interests in him. And I didn’t notice anything suspicious at all … To be honest, I still don’t believe that he could do it!

Does he have a wife, children?

– Yes, his wife is the head teacher at the same school … She, as far as I know, is 45 years old. I don’t know for sure about the children, it seems that there is a small son.

Other students spoke about the geographer.

“Everyone has completely different opinions about him, someone likes him, someone doesn’t, he was good with someone, he wasn’t with someone, even in our class everyone has a different opinion about him!” – said a high school student from the same school.

“As a teacher, he taught poorly,” complained another of his students. – For a perfectly done work, which is beautifully framed, I put “three”. Sometimes he gave control questions not on topics, and sometimes did not answer questions on the topic at all. Shouting at us that we don’t know anything…

This story, by the way, caused an ambiguous reaction among local residents. The fact is that many even sympathized with the teacher and tried to protect him. Like, a student of 15-16 years old, “is already an adult, and to say that he is a child and that he did not understand what he was doing is nonsense.”

“In fact, the act of a teacher cannot be justified in any way. The fact that both are to blame, I do not agree, the geographer is an adult, and could not do this, but the student was just very stupid, ”one of the students argued with this opinion on the social network.

“MK” asked lawyer Stalin Gurevich to comment on what threatens the teacher if he is proven guilty:

– In the events described, depending on whether there was a direct sexual intercourse or not, the actions of the teacher can be qualified under Art. 133 (compulsion to act of a sexual nature), 134 (sexual intercourse and other acts of a sexual nature with a person under the age of 16) or 135 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (lewd acts) with a maximum penalty of up to 6 years in prison.

However, if it is established that there was physical violence on the part of the teacher, then in this case the actions can be qualified under Art. 132 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (violent acts of a sexual nature), where the term of punishment for unlawful acts against a minor is already set from 8 to 15 years, the lawyer explained.
