The All-Russian final competition of young hockey players “Golden Puck” among teams of youth born in 2007-2008 of the “Polar” division has ended in Essentuki. The starts took place from January 31 to February 7. The newspaper “Arkhangelsk – the city of military glory” reports this.
Among 16 teams, the hockey players of the Arkhangelsk team became the best, taking first place in the standings. In the final, in a bitter struggle, the northerners beat the Iceberg team of the Krasnodar Territory with a score of 3:1. With this victory, the guys won a ticket to the super final, which will take place at the end of May in the city of Mytishchi, Moscow region.
