Numerous fan communities and admirers of Alla Pugacheva became indescribably excited after the statements of the founder of the Tver recording studio “Salam” Igor Laletin to the state news agency RIA Novosti (and such statements are not made just like that and on such a platform) about the recording of three new songs by the artist.

New products from Pugacheva, who has long ceased active creativity, are an extraordinary fact in themselves, and in the current circumstances they generally amount to a sensation of epic proportions. Laletin claimed that the songs were allegedly recorded “not for release, but for our own,” which, of course, caused homeric laughter from the restless public. “MK” examines causes and consequences.

It all happened suddenly when Alla, unexpectedly for the uninitiated (and almost 100 percent of the population) entered Russia through the Estonian border after rain on Thursday evening, November 2, and on Friday morning arrived by train from Pskov to the Leningradsky station with a light travel bag, which observers It was jokingly nicknamed a cosmetic bag on wheels. It was clear that they would not come for a long time with such baggage.

They wondered what important matters forced Pugacheva to embark on a long and difficult journey: certificates for children, another act of a protracted tragicomedy with the “sale of the castle” and even a will, which she allegedly planned to correct, as if there were notary offices anywhere in the world except Russia.

Just the day before, for the first time after a long break, a recent photo of her with her husband Maxim Galkin (recognized in the Russian Federation as a foreign agent – “MK”) from Cyprus, where Alla moved after the start of the war in Israel, with the life-affirming caption “we move on,” went viral on the networks.

And then suddenly – the third coming in the Pskov region under the covers of a dark autumn evening and a thick scarf. To do such a logistical somersault – that is, fly from Cyprus to Riga, perhaps drop in on your friend Laima (or perhaps not), take a car, drive three hours to the border, cross it with your own legs (and walk there on almost a kilometer in the cold wind), then plunge all the way into a Toyota Camry, albeit black, but still a Camry, drive it over potholes to the station in Pskov, get on the train… – something really very important should have happened to pack for such a journey… Obviously not nostalgia for birch trees in a cherry orchard.

The next day, the black, thank God, no longer a Camry, but a Rolls-Royce of the superstar was spotted by big-eyed spies several hundred kilometers from the Castle in Gryazi – right in Tver itself, at the entrances to that same half-forgotten Salam studio. , the owner of which, Igor Laletin, has now told the whole country that yes, she really stopped by, sat and had tea, “sang three songs for internal use, apparently for family, friends and relatives,” and that was it… And the next day posed with her beloved husband against the backdrop of the sunny serenity of the autumn Latvian Sigulda. That is, Alla stayed in Rus’ for a little less than three days…

The Salam studio was once truly booming. Many stars got into the habit of going there and recording – Philip Kirkorov, Leonid Agutin, and others. Alla Pugacheva also drew attention to the “high-quality location”. Mr. Laletin, in the status of a “class sound engineer and arranger,” then recorded several songs for Diva, including the super hit “Call me with you.” It was such a long time ago, the end of the 90s…

Since then, Pugacheva’s preferences and methods have undergone changes. The main “recorder” of her repertoire for many years, right up until the last, was sound producer Anatoly Lopatin, and the way Pugacheva sounded over the last 20 years was the work of his talented hands. That is, Alla, therefore, for the first time in so many years, seemed to “change” Lopatina. Moreover, I haven’t been to this “Salam” for a hundred years. And in general, she practically didn’t go anywhere – the same Lopatin always recorded it at home, so that she herself wouldn’t shine anywhere.

The only thing that comes to mind to all the experts interviewed by MK about the Tver anomaly: “Unless this is some kind of super-secret project that no one needs to know.”

Igor Laletin himself, having given garrulous comments to the state news agency, immediately retreated into himself and no longer has any contact with any press, which again confirms for caring observers the version that everything is not without reason.

That is, of course, it’s possible to get the hell out of the way across half of Europe and several seas to record a couple of songs “for friends.” But, if you still abandon the logic of the regional mental hospital, which was publicly voiced by the sound engineer, then, most likely, Alla is really preparing some kind of song demarche (fortunately, she has a box full of stash, and now there is no end to those who want to write new songs), which, most likely, she will blow up the media space when she sees fit. Maybe singles, maybe an album…

Maybe even for the New Year, for which she is invited to give concerts all over the world, including Russia, and here Alla, of course, is already choosing and thinking through it, setting not only a half-million-dollar fee that is quite appropriate for her status, but also taking into account the reasons. It has long been known what an entertainer and wise playwright she is of creative and life conflicts, and before simply blinking even one eyelash, she always thinks through, calculates and calculates everything.

Perhaps these will be just good songs, the kind that do not age, but become classics, and perhaps some powerful song statements, not only meaningful, but in any case musically elegant, because Pugacheva cannot do otherwise.

After all, Kristina Orbakaite, her daughter, warned on her mother’s birthday this year that “Alla will sing”… So, we’re waiting, sir.
