Public headquarters: more than 15 thousand observers work in the elections in the capital

According to Vadim Kovalev, head of the Public Headquarters for Election Observation in Moscow, over 15,000 observers have begun work at the elections for deputies of representative bodies of local self-government.
He added that everyone was actively involved in the work – the mobile group, the video center and the analysis group.
“We have independent observers at each polling station – about 10,000 observers from the Civic Chamber of the city, but there are also observers from political forces, from political parties, there are also quite a lot of them – more than 15,000 observers in all polling stations,” – said Vadim Kovalev.
Previously he informedthat since 06:00 on September 9, 350 hacker attempts were recorded on the electronic voting system.
