Pskovych advanced to the second stage of the St. Petersburg Cycling Championship. As the press service of the city administration told MK in Pskov, the competition on the highway took place last Saturday, June 17th.
Over three dozen experienced athletes from the regions of the North-West Federal District born in 2007-2008 competed for victory in the Criterium race. The honor of the city of Pskov was defended by Pavel Prodchenko, who works under the supervision of Sergey Gusikhin, teacher of the sports school of the Olympic reserve “Nadezhda”.
The young athlete successfully represented the city of Pskov at the first stage of the tournament. Now he has to take part in the second stage. It will also be held in the northern capital next Saturday, June 24th.
