Pskov residents are invited to test centers to pass GTR standards

In order for residents of the Pskov region to pass the standards of the All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Complex “Ready for Labor and Defense,” special testing prices have been created and are functioning in all municipalities of the region. As the Pskov city administration told MK in Pskov, there are two of them in the regional center.
One of them is located on the territory of the children’s health and educational sports center “Yunost”. The second is at the Mashinostroitel stadium.
Please note that anyone can take the sports program according to the standards. The GTO complex will test the strength, speed, flexibility and endurance of the badge candidate. Depending on the age and gender of the participants, the competition is divided into several stages. It is allowed to pass the GAD standards from the age of 6, but there is no upper age limit.
