Pskov National Guard took first place in kettlebell lifting competitions

Pskov National Guardsmen won the kettlebell combined event, which was held as part of the Spartakiad for the championship of the Pskov regional organization of the Dynamo society. “MK in Pskov” was informed about this by the press service of the Rosgvardia department for the Pskov region.
Eight teams took part in the competition. Athletes, divided into 7 weight categories, had to perform two exercises – a 24 kg kettlebell snatch with one hand and a clean and jerk of two 24 kg kettlebells.
As a result of the competition, the Pskov National Guardsmen were able to take first place in the team competition, taking four “gold” and one “silver” medals in the individual championship. The winners and runners-up of the competition were awarded medals, diplomas and team cups.
Let us remind you that in 2023 the Russian Guards also took first place in a kettlebell lifting competition.
