The coaching contract PSG of two years of Christophe Galtier was not approved by the federal commission of educators and football coaches which met on July 28. In her minutes, she says she put her opinion under advisement and “ask Christophe Galtier to approach the national technical director regarding his continuing education obligations”.
In fact, the 55-year-old technician did not do the “retraining” of his UEFA Pro diploma, a kind of update of his knowledge. According to the regulations, each coach must perform one every three years with the annual promotion of technicians passing the Professional Football Coaching Certificate (BEPF).
Galtier will have to write a letter to the FFF committing to comply as soon as possible, probably by one of the next international breaks. Among the other professional clubs, only Jérôme Monier, assistant to Sochaux (L2), is in the same situation according to this report.
