Sergio Rico, the goalkeeper of French football club Paris Saint-Germain, came out of a coma after falling from a horse, informs Telecinco.

The PSG goalkeeper was hospitalized on May 28 in Seville, Spain. Rico fell off his horse and then the animal hit him on the head. Doctors diagnosed a brain hemorrhage.
On June 12, the French sports publication L’Equipe wrote that the goalkeeper was in serious condition.
Rico is now 29 years old and has been representing the Parisian club since the 2019/20 season. The goalkeeper played 24 matches for the team, becoming a three-time national champion during this time.
