Well-known terrorist, member of the terrorist organization “Revolutionary Struggle” Paula Rupa has been released from a Greek prison, RIA Novosti reports citing Greek media.

The woman was reportedly released on Friday evening after the court approved her request for conditional release. Earlier in April 2021, her sentence was reduced to six years and three months.

Rupa was serving a life sentence in connection with the attack. In 2014, she was involved in the 2014 car bomb attack near the Bank of Greece. She also has 2 armed bank robberies and an attempt to organize the escape of her accomplices from prison.

The court took into account the fact that the convicted woman had a young child, but forbade her to leave Greece. Rupa will also have to regularly report to the police.
