Zhirinovsky Vladimir Volfovich was born on April 25, 1946 in Alma-Ata. In 1970 he graduated from the Institute of Oriental Languages with a degree in Turkey and the Turkish language, in 1977 he graduated from the law faculty of Moscow State University.
