The head of the Polish government, Mateusz Morawiecki, sharply refuted the statement of the former Minister of Foreign Affairs of the country, Radoslaw Sikorski, about the division of Ukraine. Morawiecki left the corresponding post on the social network.
Earlier, Sikorsky in an interview with Radio Zet said that at the beginning of a special military operation, the Polish government was considering a scenario for dividing Ukraine. Morawiecki described the statement as “shameful” and urged the former minister to think what he is saying.
Meanwhile, Russia has repeatedly announced Poland’s plans to seize the western part of Ukraine. In particular, this was stated by the Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Nikolai Patrushev.
