Prigozhin’s company went to court because of the refusal to issue a permit to operate the PMC Wagner Center

The press service of the Concord company, which is owned by businessman Yevgeny Prigozhin, the founder of Wagner PMC, informedthat a lawsuit was filed with the court in connection with the refusal of the State Construction Supervision Authority to issue a permit for the commissioning of the PMC Wagner Center.
“We applied to the court for the protection and restoration of our rights,” the legal service of Mr. Prigozhin’s company said in a statement.
The report notes that if “the corpus delicti in the actions” of Governor Alexander Beglov and other persons of the executive authorities of St. Petersburg is “confirmed,” the company will act “in accordance with the procedure provided for such cases.”
Lawyers for Mr. Prigozhin’s company believe that Gosstroynadzor refused to issue a permit to operate the center “for ideological reasons.” The legal service notes that on the basis of the conclusion on the compliance of the object with the project documentation, a building permit was issued.
“PMC Wagner Center” was opened on November 4 on Zolnaya Street in St. Petersburg.
