Prigozhin confirmed the video with disabled convicts from the NVO zone: “The greatness of Russia is being watched”

In that video, Prigozhin promised his interlocutors prosthetic surgery, and they said that after the treatment they wanted to return to the Wagner PMC. In his response, Prigozhin confirmed that the video was genuine and that he had indeed communicated with “combat veterans who defended the honor of Russian weapons in the Donbas.” He stated that these people “went there voluntarily, participated in the fiercest battles” and “they are one of the very best in hell.” Prigozhin added that these people want to continue working not for money or release – “they are already free”, but from “a sense of duty, a desire not to shame their fathers and grandfathers.”

To critics, Prigogine reminded his previous postulate: “Either them or your kids”. And in a rude form, he criticized those who were dissatisfied for their idle lifestyle “in the world of Rublev’s dreams” and “on sofas.”

Prigozhin also said that “I’m paying for all this out of my own pocket, and it’s been like this for almost 10 years” and demanded that his fighters not be called “ex-convicts”, but “defenders of the reputation of Russia and your cowardly worthless little soul.”
