Media: hackers from Russia attacked the websites of American airports

At least 14 airport sites in the United States were unavailable to users on Monday. “Russian-speaking hackers” claimed responsibility for this, according to CNN.
System failures did not affect the movement of aircraft. But for people who are looking for information about transportation, the data was not available.
Among those hacked are the sites of the international airports of Atlanta and Los Angeles.
Responsibility for the DDoS attack, according to CNN, was claimed by the cyber group Killnet. The channel calls them “politically motivated to support the Kremlin” hacker activists. “Their ties to Moscow are unclear,” CNN notes at the same time.
