The head of PMC “Wagner” Prigozhin announced the strengthening of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Bakhmut with foreign equipment
Yevgeny Prigozhin recorded a video from Bakhmut (the Russian name is Artemovsk), in which, according to him, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are strengthening their grouping of troops.
“This is a story about the village of Bakhmut. He is now Wagnerland,” Prigogine says in the video.
According to the head of the Wagner PMC, 400-600 additional Ukrainian soldiers arrive here every day, he estimates the losses at the same number. Prigozhin also claims that a large number of foreign equipment and drones have appeared in the city, but he claims that his PMC is fighting successfully.
“There are two and a half kilometers left to approximately navigate – and the city will be taken <...> The enemy is well equipped, well trained, acts in a coordinated manner and resists with dignity,” Prigogine said.
The day before, Prigozhin said that the PMC plans to leave its positions in Bakhmut on May 10. In the Kremlin, these plans of “Wagner” were left no commentsexplaining that they will not be due to the fact that the topic relates to CBO.
