The President of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik arrived in Kazan. As the TV channel reported ATVblhe was met at the airport by the head of the FAS for Tatarstan, Ayrat Shafigullin.

On February 17-19, Milorad Dodik was on a visit to Belarus. At a meeting with the President of the Republic Alexander Lukashenko, the parties discussed assistance from Minsk in the field of technology and agriculture, industry and healthcare. He also held talks with Prime Minister of Belarus Roman Golovchenko and discussed the supply of Belarusian tractor equipment.
