Preparations for the “Victory Dictation” have started

The preparation of children and adults for the International Historical Action “Victory Dictation” has started, which will be held in person and remotely on April 27 and will be dedicated to the events of the Great Patriotic War.
As part of the intellectual marathon, the dictation participants will have to answer 25 questions: 20 on general military-historical topics and 5 on regional ones. The Victory Museum on Poklonnaya Hill will become the central venue for the action. The winners of the “Victory Dictation” will be awarded with diplomas and will receive an invitation to the Victory Parade on Red Square on May 9. Graduates of schools who receive diplomas of prize-winners and winners will be awarded additional points when entering universities.
By tradition, on the eve of the action at its official website practice tests have been published that can be completed to successfully write the Victory Dictation. All tasks are developed and compiled by specialists of the Russian Historical Society.

Over 1.6 million people took part in the Victory Dictation last year. The campaign was held at 19,000 venues in 85 regions of Russia and 45 countries around the world.
