At the shooting range of military unit No. 21514 of the city of Naryan-Mar, competitions in shooting from service weapons were held among district police officers of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Nenets Autonomous Okrug.
The event was held as part of the regional stage of the competition of professional skills among district police officers of the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the title “Best in Profession” and was timed to coincide with the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the formation of the district police service in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Nenets Autonomous district.
The competition is held annually in order to improve the level of professional skills, increase the prestige of service in the units of district police officers and identify the most competent and competent employees of the unit.
In addition to fire training, the contestants also passed tests in the areas of professional, service, physical, legal and medical training. According to the results of the competition, the members of the competition commission evaluated the results of the participants in firearms training and in the overall standings determined the winner of the competition by the number of points scored.
They became the district police officer of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Nenets Autonomous Okrug, police lieutenant Dmitry Nefedov. The second place was taken by the district police officer of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, police major Dmitry Pudovkin, the third place was taken by police captain Andrey Rybakov.
Police lieutenant Dmitry Nefedov will represent the service of district police officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Nenets Autonomous Okrug in the second stage of the All-Russian competition, which will be held at St. Petersburg University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
