Prada will take part in the development of spacesuits for NASA’s lunar mission

American company Axiom Space, engaged in space technology and tourism, reportedwhich has agreed with the Italian fashion house Prada to jointly develop spacesuits for NASA’s Artemis 3 lunar mission.

Prada engineers will work alongside Axiom Space employees throughout the design process, developing solutions for materials and design features of the suit to protect against threats in space and the lunar environment. The suit is based on a model developed by NASA, but provides both greater protection and flexibility.
