In connection with the fire that occurred in the gym of the sports school of the Olympic reserve “Trud”, the powerlifting section will be held at the Nord Sports Palace. This was announced by the head of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug Anton Pustovalov.
– In the gym of the School of Labor “Trud” on Kalmykova, 2A, where a fire broke out on August 9, classes were held in the powerlifting section of the Youth Sports Center “Leader”. From September 1, training will resume at the Nord Sports Palace, Anton Pustovalov explained.
Visitors to the Truda gym can return funds for unused memberships or continue exercising with valid memberships at the Truda Ice Palace gym on Kalmykov 6A, the NAO government portal reports.
Funds for unused season tickets will be returned within 3 business days after submitting an application to the general department of the sports school of the Olympic reserve “Trud” on Kalmykova, 6A on weekdays from 8.30 to 12.30 and from 13.30 to 17.30. The application must be accompanied by the details of the current account for the transfer of funds.
Recall that the fire in the gym “Trud” on Kalmykova, 2A occurred on Tuesday, August 9. The fire damaged the entire area of the roof and attic – more than 100 square meters of interior space.
Investigators are currently working to determine the cause of the fire. The head of the SSHOR “Trud” was instructed to conduct an internal investigation. According to the Department of Education, Culture and Sports of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug, the decision to restore the building will be made only after receiving a conclusion on its technical condition from a specialized construction organization.
