Power outages began in Kharkov after reports of explosions
Power outages were recorded in Kharkov in eastern Ukraine, RBC-Ukraine reports.
According to the publication, power supply was lost in some areas of the city.
The mayor of Kharkov, Igor Terekhov, announced the explosions. The media reported that their number was at least eight.
An air raid alert has been declared throughout Ukraine. In addition to Kharkov, explosions were reported in Kyiv, Kyiv, Dnepropetrovsk and Sumy regions.
