Aylo, which owns the world’s largest porn site Pornhub, has admitted its involvement in the illegal sex trade and agreed to pay compensation to victims as part of a deal with American justice. According to a statement from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York, the company, starting in 2009, posted videos on its sites, including Pornhub, created by the operator, who was charged in 2019 with forcing girls to appear in explicit videos that were then posted online without their consent. .
Aylo entered into a deferred prosecution agreement and will pay $1.8 million to the US government and compensation to victims.
