There are “minor issues” on five assignments, a spokesman for the NF said. “The introduction of the social treasury has not yet been fully achieved, a system in which all federal benefits, pensions, other social allowances, services will be issued and paid in the “one window” mode, without running around the authorities, but simply upon the fact of creating a family, the birth of a child, retirement or other life situation. This work is underway, and the Popular Front will work to ensure that this happens as quickly as possible,” he said.

In addition, the National Foundation notes the backlog in the implementation of the federal program for the construction of 1300 schools in conjunction with the state development corporation “VEB.RF”, but the total deadline for this order is the end of 2024. The commissioning of cultural objects as a whole is carried out at a faster pace, but in four subjects there are risks of not achieving the planned result – we are talking about the repair of buildings of the Palace of Culture in the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania, Kostroma and Tomsk regions, and also the construction of a recreation center in the Vladimir region.

There are also slight delays in the implementation of programs to combat diseases, which are the main causes of premature death, the NF representative said. The equipment of the regional vascular center and five primary vascular departments with medical products in the Tver region has not been completed, and the Tomsk Regional Oncological Dispensary for 120 beds with a polyclinic has not been commissioned on time. The region sent a letter to the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation with a request to postpone the commissioning of the facility to 2023.

The main emphasis in the President’s message in 2021 was placed on socio-economic problems, wrote “Vedomosti”. He called the restoration and growth of citizens’ incomes the main task.

Presidential Address to the Federal Assembly in 2023 will take place February 21 – the anniversary of Russia’s recognition of the independence of the DPR and LPR – and will begin at noon. According to the Constitution, the head of state delivers annual messages on the situation in the country, the main directions of the domestic and foreign policy of the state. The last time the presidential address was held on April 21, 2021, it did not take place in 2022. Moreover, Putin did not speak with him in 2017 either.
